1. Absolute No-Refund-Without-Return Policy
At Zero Life Store, we strictly do not permit or issue refunds without the physical return of the item.
Under no circumstances will a “refund-only” request be approved. To qualify for a refund, store credit, or an exchange, the product must be physically sent back to our designated return address, received, and thoroughly inspected by our team.
If you refuse to return the item, or if the item is lost or disposed of before reaching us, no refund or compensation will be issued.
2. Return Eligibility Window
You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to request a return. If 30 days have gone by since your delivery date, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in its original, undamaged packaging.
- All tags, labels, accessories, and promotional gifts must be intact and included.
- You must provide the original receipt, invoice, or proof of purchase.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned due to health, hygiene, or safety reasons. The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants).
- Personal care, intimate apparel, cosmetics, and hygiene items.
- Custom-made, personalized, or altered products.
- Digital products, downloadable software, or gift cards.
- Items purchased on clearance, “Final Sale,” or during special promotional events.
4. The Return Process
To initiate a return, you must strictly follow these steps:

- Review and Approval: Our team will review your request. If approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the detailed return shipping instructions.

5. Shipping Costs for Returns
- Customer Responsibility: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Trackable Shipping: We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. If the return package is lost in transit, no refund will be processed.
6. Inspection and Refund Processing
Once your return is received at our Singapore warehouse, our quality control team will inspect the item. We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved Returns: If the item is in its original, resaleable condition, your refund will be processed. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 to 14 business days.
- Rejected Returns: If the item is found to be used, damaged, missing parts, or not in its original packaging, the refund will be rejected. The item will be sent back to you at your expense, or disposed of with your permission.
7. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery at fernwick@zerolifestore.com.
Even in cases of seller error or manufacturing defects, a physical return of the item is mandatory before an exchange or refund can be authorized. We will inspect the defective item upon receipt. If the defect is verified, we will reimburse you for the return shipping costs and send a replacement or issue a full refund.
